Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in formalizing training deliverables and maintaining project documentation.
- Update project management tools with progress and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Gather and organize existing finance training materials.
- Support the alignment of training materials with business processes.
- Ensure training materials are accessible and user-friendly.
- Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using AI.
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness.
- Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
- Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience is required, though previous internships or coursework in project management, training, or finance are advantageous.
