Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and timelines.
  • Update project management tools with progress and status reports.
  • Gather and organize existing finance training materials.
  • Assist in aligning training materials with business processes and support their migration into Degreed.
  • Ensure training materials are accessible and user-friendly.
  • Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using Articulate 360.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and HR.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Track and address stakeholder feedback.
  • Analyze data related to training effectiveness and prepare reports on project status and outcomes.
  • Evaluate the success of training modules post-launch.
  • Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.
  • Collect user feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for continuous content updates.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools is beneficial. Basic understanding of learning management systems like Degreed or Moodle. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
