Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Kering colleagues and brand stakeholders to organize and attend meetings and workshops, gather business requirements, and produce meeting minutes.
- Define and monitor project plans, including deliverables, deadlines, risks, and issues, in collaboration with external vendors.
- Maintain project and team document repositories, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Contribute to improving communication, project management best practices, and standardization of processes within the Production and Aftersales team.
- Participate in pilots and proof of concept solutions involving innovative technologies such as AI agents and natural language assistants.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Information Technology or STEM fields such as Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
- Enthusiastic about Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Business Innovation.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong passion for learning about new technologies and complex supply chain business processes is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related STEM field.
