Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Kering colleagues and brand stakeholders to organize and attend meetings and workshops, gather business requirements, and produce meeting minutes.
  • Define and monitor project plans, including deliverables, deadlines, risks, and issues, in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Maintain project and team document repositories, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Contribute to improving communication, project management best practices, and standardization of processes within the Production and Aftersales team.
  • Participate in pilots and proof of concept solutions involving innovative technologies such as AI agents and natural language assistants.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Information Technology or STEM fields such as Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • Enthusiastic about Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Business Innovation.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Basic knowledge of project management practices and principles. Basic understanding of enterprise software and platforms (ERP, PLM, Business Intelligence). Fluency in English and Italian, with French as a plus.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong passion for learning about new technologies and complex supply chain business processes is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related STEM field.
