Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure stability, performance and continuous improvement of production and supplier-collaboration applications in production environments.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects: software and vendor selection, functional and technical analysis, project planning, testing, validation, upgrades and decommissioning.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Kering Houses and external vendors, providing onsite support, demand and capacity planning, and coordination of corrective or enhancement projects (estimated travel ~20%).
  • Define and propose roadmaps and development strategies for supplier collaboration and planning tools in coordination with the Area Manager.
  • Manage application service delivery and SLAs, including incident escalation, risk management and recovery from critical events.
  • Support budget governance for the applications in scope (CapEx and OpEx) and assist in prioritisation of spend.
  • Foster team capabilities by leveraging strengths and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6–8 years' proven experience in large, complex and international organisations.
  • Deep domain knowledge of collaboration and planning tools for the fashion industry and core production concepts (progress tracking, MRP, BoM, routings, article master).
  • Proven vendor and stakeholder management skills, with experience providing onsite brand support.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with strong organisational rigor and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Experience

At least 6–8 years' experience working in large, complex, international companies, ideally within fashion or consumer goods, with hands-on involvement in production/planning application projects and vendor management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field preferred.
