Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee projects related to production applications, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical tools.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including software and vendor selection, project planning, testing, and validation.
- Manage vendor and brand relationships, including demand and capacity planning, and provide on-site support to brands.
- Assist the Area Manager in identifying development strategies for supplier collaboration and planning tool applications.
- Handle constraints, risks, issues, conflict escalation, and negotiations to recover from critical events.
- Be responsible for application services and SLAs.
- Assist in managing the dedicated budget for the applications in scope.
- Support and leverage the strengths and competencies of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 6-8 years in large, complex, and international companies.
