Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle XStore POS and XOffice.
  • Collaborate with product leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate POS solutions with retail and enterprise systems, including ERPs, data platforms, PSPs, and fiscal systems.
  • Work with development, DevSecOps, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure optimal performance and security of the POS platform.
  • Coordinate with the QA team to prepare and execute testing activities.
  • Assist the AMS team with incident troubleshooting as needed.
  • Produce technical documentation for each delivered feature.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in store technology.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Oracle XStore POS, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
  • Solid understanding of retail processes.
  • Proficiency in English.

Skills

Expertise in retail technology and digital landscapes. Strong knowledge of retail platforms including XStore, XOffice, and payment solutions. Technical proficiency in Java, SQL, APIs, and XML. Mastery of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a complex and international ecosystem.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle XStore POS and related retail systems.
