Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of real estate assets across the EMEA region, aligning strategies with the Group’s objectives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend development, optimization, and disposition strategies based on financial analysis and market conditions.
  • Prepare financial evaluations and track key performance indicators such as sales performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the regional Real Estate team to prepare reports and business cases for senior management.
  • Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership in retail development processes.
  • Gather and analyze data from the Real Estate team and stakeholders to prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with Group brands to align real estate strategies with merchandising and clientele strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and processes.
  • Monitor macroeconomic and microeconomic trends, competitors’ plans, and luxury market trends.
  • Support strategic retail development plans by documenting demand trends and competitors’ benchmarking.
  • Manage real estate analytics and disseminate information across the Real Estate team and Group brands.
  • Develop and expand the network of external analysts, brokers, consultants, landlords, and peer brands.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the EMEA region in analytical, consulting, real estate, or related fields.
  • Experience in luxury retail preferred.

Skills

Strong business acumen with a deep interest in real estate and luxury fashion. Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking. Basic financial modeling skills. Detail-oriented with a dynamic and creative problem-solving mindset. Effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus.

Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience in analytical, consulting, real estate, or related fields within the EMEA region, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
