Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple Southeast Asian countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee payroll service providers and in-house workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Perform comprehensive payroll functions, including data collection, payroll journal entries, and payroll checks.
  • Execute off-cycle pay runs as requested by brands.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports and records for audits.
  • Prepare monthly closing data, including payroll and accruals, and liaise with Finance for journal entries.
  • Manage withholding tax and year-end tax settlements, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and manage system integration from Workday to local HRIS, ensuring updates align with statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.

Skills

Proficiency in payroll systems, particularly Workday. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in payroll processing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
