Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, supported by assistant managers, organized by brand.
- Supervise, train, and support the team in a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance environment.
- Ensure task allocation, performance tracking, and deadline adherence.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement, adjust, and optimize OTC procedures and objectives.
- Act as the accounting reference for the process with internal teams and brands, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage KPIs and ensure SLA compliance, aligning with business needs and local regulatory requirements, and participate in monthly meetings with brands to present KPI developments.
- Maintain close collaboration with the Group's brands, particularly operational managers in stores, to ensure correct OTC process application.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (Finance Transformation, Global Process Owners, local and regional teams) to streamline financial processes and align them with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Participate in Group transformation projects as part of the defined roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in team management, ideally within a Shared Services environment.
- Confirmed experience in a financial role with expertise in accounts receivable.
