Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, supported by assistant managers, organized by brand.
  • Supervise, train, and support the team in a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance environment.
  • Ensure task allocation, performance tracking, and deadline adherence.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Implement, adjust, and optimize OTC procedures and objectives.
  • Act as the accounting reference for the process with internal teams and brands, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage KPIs and ensure SLA compliance, aligning with business needs and local regulatory requirements, and participate in monthly meetings with brands to present KPI developments.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the Group's brands, particularly operational managers in stores, to ensure correct OTC process application.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (Finance Transformation, Global Process Owners, local and regional teams) to streamline financial processes and align them with the Group's strategic objectives.
  • Participate in Group transformation projects as part of the defined roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in team management, ideally within a Shared Services environment.
  • Confirmed experience in a financial role with expertise in accounts receivable.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP and experience in leading transformation projects related to processes and information systems. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Experience

Several years of successful team management experience, ideally in a Shared Services environment, with confirmed expertise in accounts receivable.

Education

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
