Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of supplier and customer data, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Verify the conformity of requests by checking legal, juridical, and banking data through compliance tools.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with users.
- Create, enrich, and maintain high-quality customer and supplier data throughout its lifecycle.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing master data expertise.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement by leading projects and proposing optimizations.
- Train and support users in understanding and adopting master data processes and tools.
- Ensure effective user support in incident resolution and maintain accessibility of support materials.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, management, finance, business administration, or sales.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably as a data manager or active contributor in business project deployment.
