Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and control supplier and customer data to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and data control enhancements.
  • Conduct data analysis related to process performance and data quality using tools such as Excel.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders through a ticketing system (Service Now) to address and direct requests.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Accounting, Management, Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Recognized for attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to quality, security, and confidentiality standards in data management.
  • Curious and interested in cross-functional challenges and business issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities methodically.

Skills

Effective communication skills in both French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in data management and luxury industry operations is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
