Role & Responsibilities
- Resolve service requests through the Internal Ticketing System.
- Collect and verify vendor information, and create SAP Vendor accounts by recording account information.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in the end-to-end process for master data management for the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts to streamline processes.
- Manage various SAP and non-SAP master data objects such as Supplier, Customer, Projects, Orders, and User Administration, ensuring data synchronization with other tools (Store DB, Tririga, Esker, Concur, Workday, BlackLine, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance with internal control processes and requirements.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data, supporting process efficiency, internal control effectiveness, compliance, and strategic insight production.
- Maintain master data as per data standards, control requirements, and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage, create, maintain, and validate master data for project go-lives.
- Conduct periodic audits of master data to ensure quality and compliance with internal controls.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, particularly with SAP AP/Master Data and Microsoft Excel.
