Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments including Operations, Procurement, and Facility & General Services.
  • Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in both Italian and English, such as manufacturing, supply, and machinery purchase contracts.
  • Support the management of disputes and litigation within areas of responsibility.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and prepare legal opinions.
  • Monitor legal developments and draft internal notes or updates.
  • Contribute to training activities and implement legal processes and contract templates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal strategies align with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Law degree.
  • Significant in-house legal experience with a strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian legal system.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

High ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. Fluency in both Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus. Commitment to innovation and to environmental, social, and civic responsibility.

Experience

Significant in-house legal experience with expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Education

Law degree.
