Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including Operations, Procurement, and Facility & General Services.
  • Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in both Italian and English, such as manufacturing, supply, and procurement contracts.
  • Support the management of disputes and litigation within areas of responsibility.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and prepare legal opinions.
  • Monitor legal developments and draft internal notes or updates.
  • Contribute to training activities and implement legal processes and contract templates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Law degree.
  • Significant in-house legal experience with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian legal system.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of stakeholders.

Skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus. High ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity. Commitment to innovation and environmental, social, and civic responsibility.

Experience

Significant in-house legal experience, particularly in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Education

Law degree.
