Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Group's Ethics and Compliance Committees and organize ethical governance.
- Manage whistleblowing reports: assign, analyze, investigate, and follow up on action plans.
- Administer the whistleblowing platform: license allocation, user assistance, and supervision.
- Prepare ethical reporting: track cases, compile annual reports, and contribute to published documents.
- Assist in preparing meetings for the Group and European Ethics and Compliance Committees.
- Coordinate regional Ethics and Compliance Committees' activities (Asia, Americas, Middle East).
- Participate in updating and communicating the Group's Code of Ethics and related documentation.
- Respond to ethical inquiries from rating agencies, investors, and financial institutions.
- Support team members on cross-functional projects and maintain regular legal monitoring.
- Contribute to the compliance community through Global Compliance Webinars.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international company or law firm.
- Legal education with at least a Master's degree in Law and strong compliance knowledge.
