Kering is seeking a Legal Assistant in Seoul, Korea, to support the Legal team with administrative tasks, document management, and translation. Ideal candidates will be native Korean speakers with a legal background.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support to the Legal team on a wide range of matters, primarily handling administrative tasks for Kering Group Companies in Korea.
  • Translate and localize documents to align with local laws and the company's internal policies.
  • File and organize legal documents and assets within the Legal team.
  • Review and organize contract documents, managing major contracts as directed by the company.
  • Manage expenses, costs, and legal fees in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Securely manage corporate seals and chops.

Qualifications

  • Native Korean speaker.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a law degree.
  • Educational background in Korea is preferable.
  • Ability to analyze and advise on legal issues with knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent client relations skills.
  • High level of commitment, motivation, and team orientation.
  • Fluent in Korean and proficient in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience

Experience in a legal environment, preferably within multinational companies, is required.
