Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and deploy soft skills training programs for EMAE, including session planning, employee registration, and logistical coordination.
  • Collaborate with L&D Group teams to integrate content into Workday.
  • Implement and monitor E-Learning courses on the Kering Learning platform, including content sourcing and KPI analysis.
  • Manage communications through mailings, webinars, and publications.
  • Create and monitor KPIs using Power BI dashboards and management tools.
  • Participate in the deployment of the Tech & Digital Academy, handling logistics and administrative follow-up.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings and collaborate with the WW Talent & Learning community.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or related field.
  • First experience in HR project management.
  • Ability to work and communicate across multiple stakeholders internationally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
