Junior Consolidation Analyst (Apprenticeship)
Kering seeks a Junior Consolidation Analyst (Apprenticeship) in Paris — 12-month alternance supporting group consolidation and IFRS reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the consolidation team during quarterly closes and hard-close periods, supporting preparation and validation of consolidation entries.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions at quarter-end and during budget closings.
- Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements and associated financial analyses in compliance with IFRS.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and robustness of consolidation processes.
- Collaborate with other central functions and Group Houses to gather data, resolve reporting queries and ensure consistency of accounting treatments.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or preparing a Master 2 (equivalent) in audit, management control, accounting or finance.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, rigorous and able to prioritise tasks under deadlines.
- Strong analytical aptitude and affinity for numerical analysis.
- Interest in working within a small, cross-functional team and contributing to varied daily tasks.
Skills
Experience
Limited professional experience expected; prior internships or coursework in consolidation, accounting, audit or group reporting are advantageous. This role is designed for a Master 2 student entering an apprenticeship (alternance).
Education
Currently enrolled in or preparing a Master 2 (Master’s level) in audit, management control, accounting or finance.
