Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic actions for procurement categories, ensuring alignment with Kering Technologies Procurement framework.
  • Lead procurement projects, including specification work, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, in collaboration with Kering Technologies stakeholders.
  • Execute competitive RFIs/RFPs and manage supplier negotiations and selection processes.
  • Support the Vendor Management Department in developing supplier relationships and monitoring performance.
  • Achieve economic and qualitative targets for purchasing projects, with ongoing monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sourcing markets and industry trends.
  • Implement best practices and benchmarks across regions, engaging with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on Procurement.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Strategic vision development and execution in purchasing management. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a change management orientation. Leadership and communication proficiency. Planning and project management expertise. Fluency in French and English; Italian is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar procurement role, with a proven track record in strategic vision development and purchasing management in an international context.

Education

Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with a Procurement specialty.
