Internal Communications Apprentice
Kering in Paris seeks an Internal Communications Apprentice (12‑month apprenticeship) to support employee engagement, Viva Engage and event coordination.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and Kering Houses to design and execute people‑centred internal communications campaigns (internal events, Group partnerships, employee surveys, inclusion & diversity awareness, internal mobility).
- Produce and coordinate engaging communication assets with freelancers and creative agencies — design, photography, video, print and editorial content.
- Manage the Group’s internal social channel (Viva Engage by Microsoft): plan content, maximise engagement, respond to stakeholder enquiries and monitor campaign KPIs and engagement metrics.
- Support planning and logistics for internal and employer‑brand events, including technical requirements, supplier coordination, agendas and production of invitations, posters and emails.
- Develop clear, on‑brand PowerPoint presentations and conduct research and benchmarking to inform communications initiatives.
- Assist the Community Engagement team with project tracking, timeline adherence and basic budget monitoring across a portfolio of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Communications, Business/Management school or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Initial experience in communications (internship or similar) with demonstrable interest in internal or employer branding communications.
- Strong interpersonal and networking ability; comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent organisational skills, adaptability under tight deadlines and meticulous attention to detail.
