Role & Responsibilities
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of invoicing processes and related issues.
- Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process between SAP and Excel files, ensuring accurate transaction records and effective communication with counterparts and trading partners.
- Conduct monthly reviews of VAT registers, verifying invoice sequences and VAT code accuracy.
- Prepare monthly reminders for intercompany payments and manage related requests.
- Monitor daily invoices sent to SDI using SAP Cockpit and Tesi, addressing potential issues in compliance with Italian fiscal laws.
- Supervise the archiving process.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or a diploma in accounting.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
