Indirect Procurement Specialist
Kering seeks an Indirect Procurement Specialist in Milan to manage indirect category sourcing, RFQs and supplier relationships for its EMEA Procurement team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned indirect categories (logistics, HR, construction, fleet, general services, security, office supplies, furniture, etc.), including supplier scouting, evaluation and selection.
- Deploy and execute Group procurement strategies at local and brand level, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead RFQs/RFPs and competitive tender processes; analyse and compare commercial and contractual conditions to identify optimal sourcing outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and define framework agreements applicable across multiple brands; support supplier onboarding and contractual compliance.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships across the Group perimeter, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Analyse spend data to inform category strategies and identify savings opportunities; track, calculate and formalise savings in line with governance and reporting standards.
- Contribute to the digitalisation and process improvement of procurement tools and ways of working.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-brand stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of procurement initiatives and to support sustainability and compliance objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within structured or multinational organisations.
- Proven track record in leading RFQs/RFPs, negotiations and managing supplier relationships across indirect categories.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in spend analysis and translating data into sourcing decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with procurement platforms such as Ivalua is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian; French advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and a results-driven orientation.

At least 7 years in procurement or strategic sourcing roles within structured, multinational or matrixed organisations, with hands-on experience in managing indirect spend categories, running tenders/RFQs, negotiating framework agreements and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
