Indirect Procurement Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage supplier scouting, evaluation, and selection processes within assigned categories, including activities related to Group brands.
- Deploy and execute Group procurement strategies at local and brand levels, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead RFQs/RFPs and tenders, including the analysis and comparison of commercial and contractual conditions.
- Actively manage supplier relationships and support supplier performance monitoring activities across the Group perimeter.
- Analyse spend data and contribute to the definition and execution of category strategies, in coordination with Group and brand stakeholders.
- Support and, where appropriate, lead contract negotiations and the definition of framework agreements applicable across multiple brands.
- Track, calculate, and formalize savings in line with internal governance, reporting standards, and management tools.
- Actively contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from different brands and functions to ensure effective implementation of procurement initiatives.
- Support risk assessment, compliance, and sustainability objectives within the supplier base at Group level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing roles, preferably in structured or multinational environments.
