Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement team in executing the annual roadmap.
  • Assist with internal communication needs, including presentations, event invitations, and online publications.
  • Organize internal events, both virtual and in-person, such as conferences and training sessions.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on Inclusion & Diversity topics.
  • Develop campaigns to raise awareness about Inclusion & Diversity.
  • Contribute ideas and communication materials for key internal events like International Women's Day and LGBT awareness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance understanding of Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, or Communication preferred.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Experience in project management is beneficial.
  • Interest in Inclusion & Diversity is preferred.

Skills

Strong ability to work in a multicultural team environment. Effective communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders. Creativity, initiative, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience

Prior experience in project management is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
