Kering is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Paris, France. This full-time, 6-month internship offers experience in recruitment, learning & development, and diversity initiatives within a leading luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in innovative HR projects across various domains such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Inclusion and Diversity, and HR Project Management.
  • Collaborate with multicultural teams to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
  • Utilize cutting-edge digital tools to support HR functions.
  • Contribute to the development of professional growth and transferable skills for interns.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering school, or an equivalent university program with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other digital tools. Ability to work independently with a proactive and flexible approach. Strong interpersonal skills, including curiosity, empathy, and collaboration. Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive data.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required, but relevant academic background in Human Resources is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
