Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate profiles.
  • Support the employee onboarding process and manage employee communications.
  • Validate bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using the HR system for Australia.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities.
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to learn.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background is necessary.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
