Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate profiles.
- Support the employee onboarding process and manage employee communications.
- Validate bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using the HR system for Australia.
- Coordinate learning and development activities.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background is necessary.
