Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in innovative HR projects within a dynamic and international environment.
  • Collaborate with multicultural teams across various HR functions such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, Inclusion and Diversity, and HR Project Management.
  • Utilize cutting-edge digital tools to support HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a collaborative and creative workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering school, or an equivalent university program with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with other digital tools is advantageous.

Skills

Ability to work independently with a proactive and flexible approach. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and collaboration. Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in Human Resources is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering school, or equivalent university program with a specialization in Human Resources.
