Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in innovative HR projects within a dynamic and international environment.
- Collaborate with multicultural teams across various HR functions such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, Inclusion and Diversity, and HR Project Management.
- Utilize cutting-edge digital tools to support HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of a collaborative and creative workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering school, or an equivalent university program with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Fluency in both English and French, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with other digital tools is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in Human Resources is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering school, or equivalent university program with a specialization in Human Resources.
