Role & Responsibilities

  • Support HR Advisors in administrative tasks related to personnel management, including contracts for interns, apprentices, fixed-term, and permanent employees.
  • Regularly update HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
  • Monitor HR deadlines including probation periods, contract renewals, absences, and overtime.
  • Assist in the administration of HR processes in collaboration with the shared services center.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac +4/5).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
  • Comfortable working in an international, complex, and evolving environment.

No specific experience required, but exposure to HR environments or internships is beneficial.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac +4/5).
