Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain employment records and personnel information within HRIS, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy, payroll, benefits, time-off requests, and personnel updates.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy within HRIS and compliance with payroll and policy changes.
  • Assist with special projects within HR Shared Services or as requested by specific brands.
  • Manage benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, billing, COBRA, retirement plan reconciliations, and vendor interactions.
  • Handle HR Shared Services correspondence, including payroll check distribution and mail sorting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of related experience

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills

Experience

1-2 years of related experience in human resources or a similar administrative role.
