Role & Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition programs to enhance the company's employer brand.
  • Assist in leveraging recruitment analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the adoption and utilization of talent management tools.
  • Participate in the implementation of talent development initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of learning and development programs.
  • Support ongoing projects related to digital learning.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in learning and development.
  • Assist in the performance review process, including preparation of communication materials.
  • Link performance outcomes to recognition programs and development opportunities.
  • Organize and analyze performance data across teams for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Passion for people development and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and talent development is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
