Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview arrangements, while ensuring accurate recording of candidate profiles.
- Maintain and update employees' electronic personal files.
- Support the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive all necessary information.
- Assist in organizing staff engagement events and drafting communication materials.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Availability for a minimum of 4 months.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but relevant experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
