Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview arrangements, while ensuring accurate recording of candidate profiles.
  • Maintain and update employees' electronic personal files.
  • Support the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive all necessary information.
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement events and drafting communication materials.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Availability for a minimum of 4 months.

Skills

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies. Organized, meticulous, and able to work independently. Adaptable to new ideas and methods of task completion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience

No prior experience required, but relevant experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
