Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Shared Service Centre, including filing, reporting, letter preparation, and invoice verification across various platforms.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems such as Workday and PeopleDoc.
- Assist and support the HRSSC with daily human resources operations as needed.
- Administer various compensation and benefits programs, including staff discount programs, medical insurance, and MPF/Pension enrollment.
- Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR operations.
