Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Shared Service Centre, including filing, reporting, letter preparation, and invoice verification across various platforms.
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems such as Workday and PeopleDoc.
  • Assist and support the HRSSC with daily human resources operations as needed.
  • Administer various compensation and benefits programs, including staff discount programs, medical insurance, and MPF/Pension enrollment.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR operations.

Skills

Eagerness to learn with a proactive and positive mindset. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of integrity for handling sensitive and confidential information. Thorough understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR legislation. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing. Experience with Workday is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year in HR operations is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
