Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
- Assist the Project Manager of the Kering HR Master Data Management Project, gaining practical experience across diverse activities.
- Collaborate with HR Domain Owners to define and apply data management and protection guidelines.
- Promote the adoption of best practices among key users.
- Monitor and improve HR data quality by identifying issues, analyzing them, and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or have completed studies in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.
- Interest in HR policies and processes with a desire to deepen understanding.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in HR or related fields is essential.

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.
