Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
- Assist the Project Manager of the Kering HR Master Data Management Project, gaining practical experience across various activities.
- Collaborate with HR Domain Owners to define and apply data management and protection guidelines.
- Promote best practices adoption among key users.
- Monitor and enhance HR data quality by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues with relevant teams.

- Currently studying or completed studies in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.
