Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
  • Assist the Project Manager of the Kering HR Master Data Management Project, gaining practical experience across various activities.
  • Collaborate with HR Domain Owners to define and apply data management and protection guidelines.
  • Promote best practices adoption among key users.
  • Monitor and enhance HR data quality by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues with relevant teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or completed studies in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.

Skills

Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel. Strong communication skills in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous. Proactive and positive problem-solving attitude.

Experience

No prior experience required, but an interest in HR policies and processes is essential.

Education

Pursuing or completed studies in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.
