Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual global performance review campaign, enhancing content and preparing training materials.
  • Analyze data and prepare for Talent Review meetings, including follow-up on action plans.
  • Monitor succession plans for key roles, updating them post-Talent Reviews.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in the final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data validation, analysis, and storytelling. Proactive mindset with attention to detail and reliability. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.

Education

Final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
