Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the annual global performance review campaign, enhancing content and preparing training materials.
• Analyze and consolidate data for Talent Review meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action plans.
• Monitor and update succession plans for key roles at the Group level.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in the final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in both French and English.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
