Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the annual global performance review campaign, enhancing content and preparing training materials.
- Analyze and consolidate data for Talent Review meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action plans.
- Monitor and update succession plans for key roles at the Group level.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in the final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in both French and English.
