Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the Group's Data & AI strategic vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to transform key business processes within the luxury sector.
  • Support the development of flagship data and AI programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the evolution of the Data & AI operating model to enhance agility, innovation, and scalability.
  • Track emerging trends in AI and identify potential strategic partnerships with research institutes and tech companies.
  • Oversee Kering's Data & AI governance in collaboration with the Legal department.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling narrative around Kering's AI and data transformation.
  • Enhance the visibility and influence of the Data & AI team through events and publications.
  • Foster internal culture change through targeted communication and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading Data & AI strategy and transformation, preferably in multi-brand or luxury environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data governance, and modern operating models.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact data and AI initiatives with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence without hierarchical authority and navigate complex ecosystems.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Italian is advantageous.

Strategic vision and leadership in Data & AI. Expertise in AI, data governance, and modern operating models. Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across complex ecosystems.

Experience

At least 10 years of experience in leading Data & AI strategy and transformation, with a focus on high-impact initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree preferred.
