Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of a comprehensive multimedia public relations strategy and calendar for the Americas.
- Enhance Kering's external reputation through strategic storytelling and positioning of senior leadership as industry thought leaders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts to bolster Kering's activities.
- Establish and sustain partnerships with local and national organizations, serving as a primary contact for community engagement.
- Increase visibility of philanthropic efforts and initiatives, including sustainability and the Kering Foundation's events, to both corporate and fashion media.
- Foster relationships with Kering's brands to facilitate the exchange of ideas and leverage group synergies.
- Support internal communications teams on significant events and messaging.
- Align local communication plans with global strategies and timelines.
- Collaborate with the President of Kering Americas on editorial processes and public commentary.
- Serve as the local point of contact for media inquiries and manage crisis communication.
- Build strong relationships with European leadership and provide market recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
