Overview

The Kering Finance Shared Services focuses on activities such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Reporting (RTR), and Master Data Management (MDM). This unified structure facilitates process harmonization and the exchange of best practices, reinforcing Kering's position as an integrated leader in the luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in daily general accounting tasks during monthly and annual closings, including asset management and payroll reconciliation.
- Justify and control statutory accounts at month-end and year-end, ensuring accurate balance sheet accounts and documenting entries in SAP.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and supporting documents for external auditors.
- Engage in ongoing projects and monitor various processes within the R2R stream.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial data integrity in line with the Group's internal control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with current accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, treasury teams, and brand controllers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Analyze transactional processes and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist the Tax Coordinator to ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably within a shared services environment or the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
