Kering seeks an FP&A Analyst in Seoul, Korea, to support finance functions for its luxury brands. Requires 7+ years of finance experience and fluency in Korean and English.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish a robust FP&A team to support Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
  • Ensure quality and timely consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
  • Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Enhance reports and dashboards through business intelligence solutions such as Power BI and SAC.
  • Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects.
  • Design and adopt new KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for performance analysis.
  • Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering group for performance monitoring.
  • Deliver sound budgeting and forecasting, including EVA for new stores and business development.
  • Facilitate financial activities leveraging internal teams and oversee audits.
  • Ensure compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business flows and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
  • Support monthly and year-end closing reports and variance analysis.
  • Prepare annual budget and forecast projections.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP and experience with SAP implementation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in Korean with strong written and verbal English skills.
