FP&A Analyst
Kering seeks an FP&A Analyst in Seoul, Korea, to support finance functions for its luxury brands. Requires 7+ years of finance experience and fluency in Korean and English.

Role & Responsibilities
- Establish a robust FP&A team to support Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
- Ensure quality and timely consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
- Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Enhance reports and dashboards through business intelligence solutions such as Power BI and SAC.
- Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects.
- Design and adopt new KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for performance analysis.
- Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering group for performance monitoring.
- Deliver sound budgeting and forecasting, including EVA for new stores and business development.
- Facilitate financial activities leveraging internal teams and oversee audits.
- Ensure compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business flows and mitigate risks.
- Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
- Support monthly and year-end closing reports and variance analysis.
- Prepare annual budget and forecast projections.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP and experience with SAP implementation is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Fluency in Korean with strong written and verbal English skills.
