Kering — Paris: Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager to lead FP&A delivery, IFRS consolidation and a team of analysts.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day FP&A operations for a defined multi-entity perimeter, ensuring timely and qualitative financial data flows into the consolidation tool in accordance with IFRS.
- Organize, prioritise and supervise the FP&A team's daily tasks and ensure smooth execution of monthly closes for entities within the scope.
- Review monthly reporting, financial analyses and budget deliverables to guarantee consistency, accuracy and compliance with IFRS and internal standards.
- Provide technical expertise and second-line support on complex accounting, consolidation and reporting issues for maison controllers and finance teams.
- Coach, train and develop analysts through regular feedback, workshops and targeted upskilling plans to strengthen team capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional FP&A or finance-platform projects: define objectives, structure timelines, coordinate stakeholders and monitor progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to harmonise practices, increase automation and implement KPIs to measure team and process performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance, accounting or management control (e.g. DSCG, CCA, specialised Master).
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in audit, accounting firm practice or financial control in an international environment.
- Proven FP&A experience with exposure to multi-entity management and IFRS consolidation.
- Prior people management or team leadership experience.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Comfort working to tight deadlines in a high-expectation, matrixed luxury environment.

At least five years of relevant professional experience, with a background in audit, accounting or financial control and demonstrable FP&A responsibility for multi-entity, IFRS-consolidated scopes; prior supervisory or managerial responsibilities expected.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance, accounting or management control (examples: DSCG, CCA, specialised Master).
