Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the Financial Communications department, including investors and analysts.
  • Coordinate and manage investor roadshows and update databases accordingly.
  • Oversee and manage team travel arrangements both domestically and internationally.
  • Participate in the organization of quarterly publication releases.
  • Manage institutional shareholder identification, targeting, and reporting.
  • Handle individual shareholder relations, including requests and Annual General Meeting participation.
  • Manage departmental budget, ensuring administrative efficiency including meeting schedules.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Executive Assistance.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French.
  • Proficiency in English communication; international experience is advantageous.

Skills

Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines. Proactive in suggesting improvements to existing processes. Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic team player.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, particularly within a financial communications context.
