Role & Responsibilities

  • Critically assess the quality of financial statements and highlight anomalies.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards within set deadlines.
  • Provide high-quality analyses to brand controllers.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure reliability of data in the budgeting tool.
  • Monitor budget versus actual variances.
  • Support brand controllers in analyzing discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CCA/DSCG).
  • Previous experience in audit firms, accounting firms, or international environments.
  • Experience in Shared Services Centers is advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical skills in accounting processes and flows. Adaptability in a dynamic team environment. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and consolidation software (preferably HFM). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Additional European language skills are a plus.

Experience

A minimum of initial experience in audit, accounting, or international financial environments is required.

Education

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
