Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure qualitative financial data consolidation in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Critically assess account quality and highlight anomalies for correction.
  • Deliver timely and compliant financial reports.
  • Provide high-quality analyses to brand controllers.
  • Identify process improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure reliability of data in the budgeting tool.
  • Monitor budget versus actual variances.
  • Assist brand controllers in analyzing discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in audit, accounting, or an international environment.
  • Experience in a Shared Services Center is advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical skills in accounting processes and flows. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and consolidation software (preferably HFM). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Adaptability to a dynamic team environment. Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience

Previous experience in audit, accounting, or within an international setting is required. Experience in a Shared Services Center is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
