Role & Responsibilities

  • Support functional teams in utilizing finance transactional data for Business Intelligence projects, encompassing data integration to report design and distribution.
  • Implement Insight Analytics solutions for global and system-agnostic reporting to finance teams worldwide.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Finance Business Intelligence interfaces, including query tools, data models, visualizations, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Enhance data-driven internal controls within the COSO framework through exception reports, alerts, fraud detection, and anomaly detection algorithms.
  • Securely distribute accurate operational reporting covering all finance processes such as P2P, R2R, O2C, and FP&A.
  • Select and collect accurate data, build data models, and apply data visualization techniques to meet reporting objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to continuously improve existing finance analytics reports.
  • Contribute to the design and enrichment of the Insight data catalog to encompass all finance data.
  • Monitor new technologies and make recommendations for improving current developments and methodologies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of developments to prevent knowledge loss, utilizing Confluence shared platform.
  • Monitor and measure reliability and performance of distributed data models, designing optimization strategies as needed.
  • Provide technical expertise in data modeling with PowerBI, including advanced DAX and data model optimization.
  • Create and maintain technical training and onboarding resources on data analysis and PowerBI.
  • Execute Insight delivery roadmap, ensuring quality and testing methodology is applied throughout development and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Engineering or Business degree, or a Master's degree in Finance or Data Sciences.
  • Proven track record in data analysis and reporting implementation in a finance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerBI platform, DAX, and SQL.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Education
