Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end visual merchandising projects across Malaysia, Singapore, and India, from ideation to execution.
  • Adapt brand guidelines and validate design drawings for layout planning.
  • Oversee site surveys, technical details, cost control, production supervision, and installation follow-up.
  • Manage visual renewal orders and execution, including visual cropping across regional markets.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and fixture-related projects for brands under Kering Eyewear, including window displays, customizations, pop-up stores, trade fairs, and featured brand fixture setups.
  • Ensure timely and efficient implementation of projects in a fast-paced regional market through seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc design and drawing support for regional creative requests, including 3D renderings and presentation decks.
  • Research and explore contractors and suppliers for regional project support with cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cosmetics, fashion, or luxury industry.

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with globally distributed teams across different time zones. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English both written and spoken. Solid project management capabilities with strong attention to detail.

Experience

Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cosmetics, fashion, or luxury industry.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.
