Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand, product, and sales training strategies for the North American market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and engaging training experiences.
  • Identify training needs and execute comprehensive training initiatives using a blended learning approach.
  • Plan and execute the annual training calendar, managing virtual training schedules.
  • Develop training content in partnership with subject matter experts and maintain it on Learning Management Systems.
  • Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars, and onboarding programs for sales teams and clients.
  • Manage the training registration process and ensure consistent execution and reporting of training initiatives.
  • Monitor training and travel budgets and contribute to the improvement of training processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous.
  • ABOC certification required.
  • Experience in an optical lab is preferred.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and digital tools. Experience in the luxury industry. Passion for client experience and service excellence. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5-7 years in a training role, ideally within the luxury sector, with a focus on brand and product training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a related field.
