Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Training and Retail Excellence to design and implement brand, product, and sales training strategies for the North American market.
- Deliver engaging and business-driven training experiences to enhance luxury selling, technical product knowledge, and client experience.
- Identify training needs and execute comprehensive training initiatives across North America using a blended learning approach.
- Plan and execute the annual training calendar, managing virtual training schedules informed by past participation and performance data.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training content in collaboration with subject matter experts from various departments.
- Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars, and onboarding programs for sales teams and clients, ensuring consistent execution and post-event reporting.
- Manage the training registration process and maintain strong field connections to inform training needs.
- Monitor training and travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and continuous improvement of training processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a related field.
- ABOC certification required.
- Experience in an optical lab preferred.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish or French as a plus.
