Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Training and Retail Excellence to design and implement brand, product, and sales training strategies for the North American market.
  • Deliver engaging and business-driven training experiences to enhance luxury selling, technical product knowledge, and client experience.
  • Identify training needs and execute comprehensive training initiatives across North America using a blended learning approach.
  • Plan and execute the annual training calendar, managing virtual training schedules informed by past participation and performance data.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training content in collaboration with subject matter experts from various departments.
  • Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars, and onboarding programs for sales teams and clients, ensuring consistent execution and post-event reporting.
  • Manage the training registration process and maintain strong field connections to inform training needs.
  • Monitor training and travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and continuous improvement of training processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • ABOC certification required.
  • Experience in an optical lab preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish or French as a plus.

Skills

Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, including digital tools. Experience in the luxury industry with a passion for elevated service and client experience.

Experience

A minimum of 5-7 years in a training role, preferably within the luxury industry, with a focus on developing and delivering training programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a related field.
