Training Intern
Kering Eyewear seeks a Training Intern in New York to support brand/product training, LMS content and learning materials. Hourly pay $23–25.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Training team in preparation and delivery of brand and product training materials for sales teams and retail partners.
- Update and produce brand presentations and seasonal Eyewear collection catalogues and handouts.
- Create ad-hoc presentations, one-pagers, quizzes and other learning collateral to support sales initiatives and trainings.
- Research brand news and editorial/celebrity Eyewear features for inclusion in monthly and quarterly internal magazines.
- Upload training content to the internal learning platform (LMS) and track learner engagement and completion metrics.
- Coordinate ordering and distribution of physical training materials and Eyewear kits.
- Provide administrative support for training operations, including calendar coordination and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in Marketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in the fashion or luxury sector, or demonstrable passion and knowledge of fashion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP is required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
- High ethical standards and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Experience
At least one year of relevant professional experience in marketing, customer service or business development; prior exposure to the fashion or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
