Kering Eyewear in Paris seeks a Trade Marketing Specialist to lead brand strategy, assortment planning and local activations for France & BELUX.

Overview

Kering Eyewear is the eyewear house within the Kering group, developing premium and luxury optical and sun collections for a portfolio of internationally renowned brands (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Cartier, Balenciaga, Chloé, Alexander McQueen, etc.). The organization combines creative design, manufacturing expertise and a global commercial network to deliver high-value frames across luxury and sport & lifestyle segments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and implement 360° brand strategies for assigned brands across France and BELUX, ensuring alignment with global positioning, storytelling and visual identity.
  • Manage product assortment: supervise seasonal launches and renewals, define store- and segment-specific assortments, and drive forecasts, replenishment and product availability.
  • Localise and deploy global marketing and communications campaigns; produce and deliver on-brand local marketing plans, visibility campaigns and brand events.
  • Develop and optimise distribution networks in-market, safeguarding brand coherence; ensure in‑store visibility via windows, POS, merchandising and sales training.
  • Track performance and KPIs (sell‑in / sell‑out), evaluate ROI of trade marketing activities, maintain competitive intelligence and market trend analysis.
  • Own marketing/activation budgets for the perimeter: prepare, monitor and prioritise spend to maximise return and profitability of actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Training and Go‑to‑Market teams and cascade key projects to the sales force.

Qualifications

  • University degree in commerce, marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years' experience in trade marketing and/or brand management.
  • Field commercial/retail sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent oral presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical capability with comfort handling numerical data and KPIs.
  • Proven project‑management skills and ability to deliver in a fast‑growing environment.
  • Professional command of English (written and spoken).

Experience

At least 3 years of professional experience in trade marketing and brand management, preferably with hands‑on retail or field sales exposure in luxury, fashion or premium eyewear.
